In support of improving patient care, The Heart Failure Society of America is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American NursesCredentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. 

 

HFSA designates this live activity for a maximum of 12.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

 

Successful completion of this MOC activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component and post-test with 75% passing score, enables the participant to earn up to 12.5 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CE activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
