CEU Access & Post-Exam Instructions

• Access: You will have access to the ExperientEvent CEU webpage until 12/5/2025.
• Login: Use your last name (registration name) and Registration ID (found on your badge or registration confirmation email).

Post-Exam Steps

1. Complete and submit the evaluation.
2. Click the red link: "PLEASE CLICK HERE TO TAKE POST-TEST."
3. Select "Start Post Exam."
4. Submit responses for each question.
5. Passing Score: 75% or higher (3 attempts allowed).
6. Review responses or submit exam for scoring.

Claiming Credit

• After passing, you may claim your MOC credit(s) immediately or return later.
• To edit your evaluation or claim credits later, click "Review" in the Evaluation column.
• To remove a session, click the Session ID.

Certificates

• Use "Email/Print" in the Action column to email or print your certificate.

Troubleshooting

• Errors may occur if your name, diplomate number, or birthdate do not match your MOC data.

HFSA Learning Center Certificates/Transcripts

1. Log in to the HFSA Learning Center and open the Catalog page.
2. On the menu, scroll down and select Transcript.
3. Download your blanket certificate or a date-sorted PDF transcript, and print as needed.
